A full-colour monthly dedicated to the real estate market in Prague presents extensive listings of the best real estate in Prague offered by renowned real estate agents. The updated offers include apartments, villas, apartment buildings, and new residential development projects. In addition to these extensive real estate listings, Estate monthly brings the latest trends in housing, design, and architecture. It also monitors Prague’s cultural and social life, highlighting the best restaurants, bars, cafés, and hotels, and provides brief listings of the metropolis’ concert and theatre scenes. Estate magazine is published as bilingual Czech-English. It is aimed at both a Czech clientele and expatriates residing in Prague or foreign investors seeking for interesting real estate in Prague.

ESTATE magazine also includes a directory of realtors whose offerings it presents. The circulation of Estate monthly is 5,000-10,000 copies. The price is CZK 95 per issue.

The distribution is arranged via direct mailing to selected addressees, including the top management of Czech and international companies, law firms, consultancies, investment corporations, and banks. Furthermore, it is distributed regularly to selected golf and other sports clubs, cafés, hotels, and restaurants, to embassies and foreign trade offices and chambers represented in Prague.
