although I am a foreigner in this country, I think that relation of Czech people and the culture of living as well as the relationship of Czechs towards architecture and design in this country is constantly changing. Prague and other cities are nearing step by step to the modern architecture of other European metropolises despite the difficulties it brings with. Still, the steps may change sometimes into dragging feet undecidedly (as an example take a walk round Letná).

If you are holding open this magazine it means that you are changing as well. It means that you do not do with the poor list of realties, which were surely given to you up till now.

That is why you are presented Estate – the new monthly magazine giving you information about exclusive housing, design and architecture.
